摘　　要：目的:通过对ICU患者气管切开术的分析,探讨ICU气管切开的作用。方法:回顾总结2005年1月～2007年12月38例行气管切开术患者的临床资料。结果:治愈或好转25例,自动出院5例,死亡8例。结论:气管切开术对解除呼吸道梗阻、维持机械通气、纠正低氧血症有较好作用,加强ICU患者气管切开的护理是保证疗效的重要环节。Objective： To study the effect of tracheotomy for ICU patients.Methods： From Jan 2005 to Dec 2007, the clinical data of 38 cases received tracheotomy were summaried retrospectively. Results： 25 cases cured or improved, 5 cases abandoned treatment and 8 cases died.Conclusion： The tracheotomy plays an important role in relieving airway obstruction, keeping mechanical venting, correcting hypoxemia. To strengthen the care of ICU patients with tracheotomy is an important link.
