摘  要:探讨了用离子色谱法测定不同开放源中Cl-,NO3-和SO24-含量的方法。对不同开放源样品的前处理方法进行了探索,通过一定的前处理,减少不同开放源的复杂体系对测定的干扰和对色谱柱的污染,并用戴安DX-80型离子色谱仪对Cl-,NO3-和SO42-进行了测定。结果表明,该方法可以在12min内一次性检测出三种离子,三种离子的线性范围为0.05~40mg/L,线性相关系数为r>0.99927,变异系数为1.64%~3.01%,方法回收率为94.9%~99.1%。In this paper, the method of choride, nitrate and sulfate in the different open sources by ion chromatography was studied. Pretreatment method was introduced for the different open source sampies. By some pretreatment, disturbance of complex system of different open sources and pollution of IC column were reduced. The anions of choride, nitrate and sulfate were detected by DX-80 chromatographic instrument. The results indicated that the three anions were detected in 12 minutes, the linear correlative range was from 0.05mg/L to 40mg/L, the linear correlative coefficient was more than 0.99927, the CV was 1.64% -3.01%, the recovery rate was 94.9% -99.1%.
