摘  要:逆流转子再生机由相向转动的滚筒、转子和传动系统组成。当旧砂进入再生机后,在滚筒的作用下,砂子被举升到一定的高度后靠重力下落,然后砂子被和滚筒逆向回转的转子承接并高速抛出,在此过程中通过砂子和转子、砂子和滚筒以及砂子和砂子之间的相互碰撞和搓擦,旧砂表面的粘结剂膜被去除,砂子获得了再生。其中滚筒速度和转子速度是逆流转子再生机的两个主要参数,本文中介绍了如何确定这两个参数。利用此再生机对粘土旧砂进行再生实验,并和负压流化床微粉分离装置配合,测得粘土旧砂经过三次再生后,再生砂的含泥量低于同种新砂。The counter current rotor reclaimer is composed of running reverse roller, rotor and drive system. When sands are put into the reclaimer, the roller will lift the sands to a certain height and the sands fall by gravity. Then the running reverse rotor will catch the sands and cast them rapid. In this process sands and rotor, sands and roller and sands and sands impact and wear each other. The reelarnation of the used sands is achieved so the bonding film of the used sands is wipped off. The velocity of the roller and the rotor are the main parameters of the reclaimer. In this article, the way of determining the two main parameters is introduced. Experiments were done about the used clay sands by the reelaimer and with the help of the negative pressure fluid bed which can separate the dust from the used clay sands. After the used clay sands are reclaimed three times in the reclaimer, clay content of the reclaimed sands is lower than the clay content of the same base sands.
