摘　　要：目的探讨高血压病人的心电图中PV1的改变及其与正常人的差异。方法取80例高血压病患者与150例正常人同时作清醒时静息心电图，取PTFV1数值进行比较。结果高血压病患者组与正常组差异显著，高血压组中的PTFV1负值明显加深。结论PTFV1负值增大可作为高血压病人的心电图参考指标一。Objective To explore the variation of PV1 of electrocardiogram（ECG） on hypertensive disease and to compare the variation with normal ones. Methods 80 hypertensive patients and 150normal cases enrolled in this study meanwhile and the value of PTFV1 was compared. Result There were significant difference of PTFV1 between hypertensive patients and normal cases and the negative value of PTFV1 decreased apparently. Conclusion The enhanced negative value of PTFV1 was one of consult index to diagnosis hypertensive disease.
