摘　　要：文章从乡村旅游开发的特征解析入手,归纳了当前我国乡村旅游开发过程中亟待解决的几类问题,提出了新时斯乡村旅游开发中政府主导的必要性,并对政府主导的策略进行创新研究。Through the analysis on the essential features of the rural tourism development, the paper concludes several kinds of problems urgently to be solved, put forwards the necessities of the government leading in the rural tourism development under the environment of new period. Finally, the author studies the strategies of the government leading.
