摘　　要：目的探讨对阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症所致不良反应的有效护理。方法观察120例精神分裂症患者口服阿立哌唑的不良反应及疗效,提出有效的护理措施。结果通过护士临床观察,发现阿立哌唑的不良反应发生率低。结论阿立哌唑的临床疗效与传统抗精神病药物相当,不良反应较小。Objective To discuss the curative effect and side effect of aripiprazoie treating schizophrenia, and to propose the efficient nursing intervention. Methods The curative effect and side effect of aripiprazoie treating schizophrenia were observed in 120 schizophrenics, and then the efficient nursing intervention was proposed. Results The clinical observation by nurses indicated that incidence of aripiprazole side effect was low. Conclusion The clinical curaiive effect of aripiprazole is equivalent to traditional antipsychotics, but the side effect is less.
