健康心理指导对住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康心理指导对住院精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法将120例精神分裂症患者按入院先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,两组患者均接受系统的抗精神病药物治疗,实验组给予健康心理指导,对照组给予传统的精神科常规护理,分别于入组时和治疗3个月后进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、治疗依从性及对护理人员满意度评定及结果比较。结果治疗3个月后两组BPRS总均分、SCL-90总分、治疗依从性及对护理人员满意度,实验组明显优于对照组。结论对住院精神分裂症患者实施健康心理指导可以提高患者的康复效果、治疗依从性及对护理人员的满意度,从而减少社会功能残疾。Objective To survey the effects of mental healthy guidance to the recovery of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods One hundred and twenty schizophrenic inpatients treated by antipsychotics were randomly divided into laboratory group （n= 60, receiving drug treatment and mental healthy guidance） and control group （n= 60, receiving drug treatment and usual psychiatry care）. Treated for three months, all cases were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）, Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）, questionnaire for the treatment obedience and scale of the satisfaction with nurses. Results They were significant difference between the two groups in the total and average score of BPRS, total score of SCL-90, questionnaire for the treatment obedience and scale of the satisfaction with nurses 3 months later, and the former was superior to the latter in all parameters. Conclusion Mental healthy guidance to schizophrenic inpatients may improve their recovery, treatment obedience and satisfaction with nurses, thus decrease their social function disability.
