摘　　要：聚合酶链反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术自1989年应用于临床检验以来,以其快速、简便、灵敏等优点很快地成为临床实验诊断学的一个技术热点。2000年6月瑞士罗氏公司生产的LightCyclerTM全自动荧光定量PCR系统通过国家药品监督管理局医疗器械产品准入审查,医疗器械注册证号:SDA(I)20000755。目前,已广泛用于涉及到核酸的科学研究以及临床疾病的诊断和治疗监测。Since Polymerase Chain Reaction （PCR） technology was applied in the clinical laboratory in 1989, it became a hotspot of clinical diagnostics soon because of its speediness, convenience and sensitiveness. On June of 2000, LightCyclerTM automatic quantitative PCR system from Switzerland Roche got the approval of medical device from SDA. The number of Registration Certificate for Medical Device is SDA （I） 20000755.At present, this technology has been widely used in the applications of nucleic acid research and diagnoses and therapeutic monitoring of many diseases.
