摘　　要：开展法治教育,为法治政府建设奠定思想基础;加强行政立法工作,为法治政府建设奠定法律基础;规范行政执法行为,为建设法治型政府提供支撑;做好司法监督,为法治政府建设提供法律保障。Carry out nomocratic education to establish mental basis for nomocracy; Strengthen the job of administrative legislation to build up legal basis for nomocracy; Regulate the behavior of administrative law execution to provide support for nomocracy; Supervise law execution to provide legal guarantee for the construction of nomocracy.
