摘  要:目的探讨健康教育对提高精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法符合入组条件的100例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均接受抗精神病药物常规治疗和护理。实验组同时进行8个月的健康教育和社会功能训练,以住院精神病患者社会功能缺陷筛选表和护士用简明精神病量表(N—BPRS)评分进行比较。结果治疗护理8个月后,实验组量表总分及其因子社会功能退缩、对自己的照料、对外界环境的兴趣以及责任心与计划性分值较对照组低,且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05或〈0.01)。结论对精神分裂症患者进行连续规范的健康教育和社会功能训练,可以提高社会功能,延缓其精神衰退,降低复发率。Objective To explore the effect of health education in improving the social function of schizophrenia patients. Methods 100 schizophrenia inpatients who met the demand were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The two groups accepted the routine therapy of antipsychotic drugs and the nursing. In addition, the experiment group accepted the health education and the exercise of social function for 8 months. The scores of social disability screening schedule (SDSS) and brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) were compared among the schizophrenia inpatients. Results After 8 months of therapy and nursing, the total score and the scores of social function shrink, self care, interest to outside environment, sense of responsibility and planning in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group. The differences had statistical meanings ( P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Giving continuous and normative health education and exercise of social function to schizophrenia patients can improve the social function, retard the mental deterioration and reduce the rate of recurrence.
