摘  要:塔里木油田φ158.75 mm(61/4英寸)钻铤和φ203.2 mm(8英寸)钻铤失效频繁。对失效钻铤的弯曲强度比进行了计算,结果表明,弯曲强度比与井况不匹配是造成钻铤失效的主要原因。提出对钻铤进行分级使用,减少这2种钻铤的失效率。In order to solve the problem which is upward trend of drill collar's fracture in φ158.75 mm (6 1/4″) and φ203.2 mm ( 8″)on Tarim Oilfield, the bending strength of failure drill collar is calculated and then it is found that the bending strength of drill collar doesn't match condition of wells lead to failure of drill collar, which is the main reason. So it is taken that drill collar is graded in the course of use. This method has reduced failure-rate of the two types drill collar sub-stantially.
