营养指导在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的综合评价维持性血液透析患者（MHD）的营养状态，并对其进行营养指导。方法选择我科规律透析的患者48例，随机分为两组，观察组23例在常规治疗护理基础上加强营养护理的指导，对照组25例采用常规治疗及护理。结果在实施饮食指导半年后，观察组营养状态较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论营养护理指导对MHD患者营养状态有明显改善作用。Objective To evaluate the nutritional status and nursing nutritional guidance in maintenance of hemodialysis patients（MHD） . Methods 48 cases of MHD were selected and randomly divided into two groups ： experimental group （ n = 23 ） and control group （ n = 25 ）. Control group was given routine nursing. Experimental group was given routine nursing plus nutritional guidance. Results After six months nutritional guidance, the nutritional status of the experimental group are better significantly than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Nutritional guidance can significantly improve the nutritional status of the MHD.
