口腔颌面部鳞癌时辰化疗联合动脉灌注化疗的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔颌面部鳞癌时辰化疗联合动脉化疗的疗效、毒副作用及护理对策。方法95例口腔鳞癌患者，随机分为时辰化疗联合动脉化疗组32例，动脉化疗组32例，常规化疗组31例。比较卡铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）化疗2个疗程后3组的疗效和毒副反应。结果联合组和动脉化疗组的疗效都显著高于常规组（P〈0．01）；联合组和动脉化疗组的毒副作用发生率都显著低于常规组（P〈0．05）。结论利用卡铂联合5-Fu作为化疗方案的时辰化疗联合动脉化疗治疗口腔颌面部鳞癌可提高疗效，减少毒副作用，但是新方法的应用对护理工作提出了更高的要求。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and toxicities of arterial Chron- Chemotherapy , arterial Chemotherapy and routine-chemotherapy using Carboplatin（CBP） and 5-Fluorouracil （5-FU） for the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and nursing countermeasures. Methods 95 patients with OSCC, were randomly divided into three groups： arterial Chrono-chemotherapy group（ group I ）32 cases, arterial Chemotherapy group（ group Ⅱ ）32 cases and routine-chemotherapy group （group Ⅲ ）31 cases. Therapeutic effect and side effect among three groups were studied after two chemotherapy courses. Results The effective rate of group I and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ （P 〈0. 1 ）;Toxicities incidence rate of group I and group Ⅱ were significantly lower than that of group Ⅲ （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Arterial Chron-Chemotherapy of C BP and 5-FU for the patients with OSCC can increase therapeutic effect and reduce toxicities incidence rate comparing with routinechemotherapy. But the new method requires better nurising.
