新型绿色糖单孢菌复合胞外酶对比人工复配及单纯商品酶漂白杨木KP的研究

摘  要:用绿色糖单孢菌复合胞外酶、2种人工复配酶及3种单纯商品酶,分别对三倍体毛白杨KP进行生物酶漂白并进行对比,探讨绿色糖单孢菌复合胞外酶漂白对纸浆可漂性的改善效果和白度提高程度。结果发现,绿色糖单孢菌复合胞外酶漂白作用明显,在保持纸浆黏度的同时,可提高纸浆白度3.2个百分点,使纸浆中的戊聚糖和木素含量分别下降1.09和0.21个百分点,绿色糖单孢菌复介胞外酶漂白效果接近甚至超过人工复配酶,比单纯商品酶白度高0.3~2.1个百分点,加之具备耐热、耐碱性,可拟作为替代传统人工复配酶及单纯商品酶的新型酶种漂白纸浆。Bleaching of Triploid of Populus Tomentosa Carr KP separately with the compound enzyme produced by new Saccharomonospora Viridis, two kinds of manual mixing enzymes, and three kinds of pure enzymes was studied. The results showed that the compound enzyme produced by new Saccharomonospora Viridis was effective. The brightness of the pulp could be increased 3.2 points while the viscosity wasn't descended and the contents of pentosan and lignin descended 1.09% and 0.21% separately. The effect of the compound enzyme bleaching was similar to the manual mixing enzyme and superior to the pure enzyme with about 0.3 ~ 2.1 points brightness increase. Furthermore considering its stability to temperature and alkali the manual mixing enzyme and pure enzyme could be replaced by the compound enzyme produced by new Saccharomonospora Viridis to use as a new kind of enzyme for pulp bleaching.
