摘  要:在实验室分离纯化的一株产漆酶白腐菌,通过形态观察实验和扩增18s rDNA序列分析,研究了其子实体、担孢子形态及分子特征,对菌种进行分类鉴定,得知该菌种属革耳菌。该菌种稻草固体发酵产生漆酶高峰出现在第21d,酶活为3895 IU/L,漆酶协同介体ABTS处理硫酸盐竹浆,后经过氧化氢全无氯漂白,结果表明,经LQP和OLQP漂白的纸浆比未经漆酶处理的QP或OQP漂白的纸浆白度提高4~7个百分点,卡伯值下降,并保持较高黏度。这表明该菌产生的漆酶在介体存在时可用于竹子硫酸盐浆的生物漂白。A fungus producing laccase was isolated. The fungal morpha and 18s rDNA sequence were studied. It showed that the fungus was 99% identical to Panus rudis. In the straw incubation condition, the highest laccase activity was 3895 IU/L at day 21. Biobleaching of kraft bamboo pulp was conducted by using the laccase produced by fungus cooperating with ABTS. The brightness of kraft bamboo pulp was 81.5% ISO after laccase treatment. Kappa value induced and viscosity changed a little compared with the unbleached pulp. It is proved that the laccase produced by the fungus can be used with the mediator for biobleaching of kraft bamboo pulp.
