摘 要:以碱木质素和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,通过接枝共聚反应制备了新型阳离子木质素季铵盐絮凝剂(QL),并确定了最佳合成工艺条件,同时采用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,QL对4种模拟染料废水的脱色率均达92%以上。通过比较QL与阴离子型木质素的絮凝效果以及对絮体微观形貌的表征,初步探讨了QL的絮凝机理。A cationic quaternary ammonium salt of lignin flocculant QL was synthesized by graft copolymerization with alkaline lignin and N, N-dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) as raw materials. The synthesized conditions were optimized. QL and lignin were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy ( FT-IR). The molecular weights of lignin and QL were measured. The results of applying QL to the simulated dye wastewater showed that the decolorizing rate was up to above 92%. The microstructures of lignin flocs and QL flocs were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results indicated that QL has favorable flocculation performance, and the flocculation mechanisms are charge neutralization and absorption bridging.
