摘 要:通过中心复合设计优化了2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTMAC)与机械浆纤维接枝反心的工艺条件,同时研究了阳离子机械浆对纤维羧基和磺酸基、纸张性能和细小纤维留着的影响。研究结果表明,当浆浓11%、反心温度36℃、反应时间30 min、NaOH和EPTMAC的用量分别为9.1 mmol/g和36.3 mmol/g时,浆纤维的阳离子表面电荷密度为1597 mmol/kg,在反应体系中EPT- MAC的用量和反应温度是重要的影响因素。但是阳离子化反应使得浆纤维的羧基和磺酸基含量下降,当浆纤维的阳离子表面电荷密度提高到1600 mmol/kg时,羧基和磺酸基分别从98.3 mmol/kg和49.8 mmol/kg下降到23.6 mmol/kg和12.2 mmol/kg,导致浆纤维间结合力下降,成纸强度降低。添加10%电荷密度小于330 mmol/kg阳离子浆于未处理的原浆中,不仅能够有效地提高机械浆对细小组分的留着,而且能提高纸张的强度。The technical conditions of grafting mechanical fibres with 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (EPTMAC) were optimized by Central Composite Designs(CCD) , the effects of cationic mechanical fibres on carboxyl and sulphonic group contents of fibres, paper properties and fines retention were investigated. It was found that when reaction temperature was 36℃, reaction time was 30 min, the amount of NaOH and EPTMAC was 9.1 mmol/g and 36.3 mmol/g respectively, the surfaee charge density of mechanical fibres was 1597 mmol/kg, and the dosage of EPTMAC and reaction temperature were of particular significance in generating cationic surface charge. However, the eationization of fibres reduced the c.ontent of carboxyl and sulfonic group, when the cationic charge density increased by 1600 mmol/ kg, the content of carboxyl and sulfonic dropped to 23.6 mmol/kg and 12.2 mmol/kg from 98.3 mmol/kg and 49.8 mmol/kg respectively, as a consequence, decreased inter-fibre bonding potential and the strength of paper. However, there would be helped improve the retention of fines in the mechanical pulp as well as the strength of paper when the cationized fibres which the cationic charge density was less than 330 mmol/kg was added into the untreated pulp.
