临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的变异分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的变异因素,为标准临床路径提供信息反馈。方法调取2006年1-12月普外科行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者信息。在实施临床路径的过程中,及时记录腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者发生变异的资料,并分析原因。结果在65例患者实施临床路径的过程中,有5例发生变异,其中2例为正性变异,3例为负性变异。结论不是每个进入临床路径的患者都会沿着临床路径预定的程序顺利康复,有些会偏离临床路径。及时、有效地进行变异分析对于患者和医疗管理机构均是至关重要的。Objective To provide feedback for the standard clinical path by analyzing variance of clinical path in laparoscopic choleeystectomy （LC）. Methods The data from patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during Jan. to Dec. 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. The data involving clinical variance at operation were recorded during implementation of clinical path, with the causes analyzed. Result Among 65 cases receiving LC by the clinical path, variations of the clinical path occurred in 5 cases： positive ones in 2 cases and negative ones in 3 cases. Conclusions Not every patient undergoing LC by the scheduled clinical path can go well along the process of rehabilitation, some may have variance from the standard clinical path. It is essential for medical institutions to manage the variation analysis of clinical path model in time and effectively.
