摘　　要：目的:研究胃蛋白酶活力对软胶囊剂崩解时限的影响。方法:采用3批不同活力的胃蛋白酶分别配制人工胃液,测定3批样品各6粒胶囊的崩解时限。结果:胃蛋白酶的活力直接影响软胶囊的崩解时限。结论:国家药品质量标准应规定配制人工胃液的胃蛋白酶的活力。Objective：To study the effect of pepsin activity on disintegration time of soft capsule. Methods：The disintegration time of three batches of sample were determined with three batches of pepsin of different activitiy. Results： Pepsin activity affected disintegration time of soft capsule directly. Conclusion：State Drug Standards should prescribe the activity of pepsin preparing a^ficisl gastric solution.
