摘　　要：目的：用HPLC内标法测定皮炎宁酊中醋酸氟轻松的含量。方法：采用Kromasil C18柱；流动相为甲醇-水-乙醚（65：35：2）；检测波长为240nm。结果：线性范围为8—160mg·L^-1（r=0.9999，n=6），高、中、低3种浓度的平均加样回收率为99．2％，RSD为0．67％（n=9）。结论：该方法结果准确，专属性强，内标物易得。Objective ：To develop an interal standard method for the determination of Fluocinonide. Methods ：The determination was performed on a Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of CH3OH-H2O-C4H10O （65： 35： 2） ;The detection was made at 240 nm, Result：The linear range was 8 - 160 mg·L^-1 （ r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 99.2 % with RSD 0. 67 % （ n = 9 ）, Conclusion ：The method was accurate and specific. The internal standard was easy to obtain.
