摘　　要：三级医院和二级医院在规模和医疗水平上存在着一定的差距,这是医院分级管理和评级的基本依据。本文试图回答在这个条件下两级医院的设备成本是否也存在差异,造成差异的主要因素是什么,以及医院规模与成本的关系、门诊量与检查例数的关系,为行政管理部门实行价格上的分级管理提供科学依据,也为医院提高管理水平降低成本提供必要的手段。The article discusses several questions such as whether there exist objective differences in costs of medical equipments between A -level (high) and B-level (middle) hospitals, which factors are mainly accountable for the differences,how equipment costs relate to hospital sizes, and what correlations are found between the number of out-patients and that of cases examined with equipments, in efforts to provide scientific basis for stratified and differential price management by administrative departments and to offer cost - effective use of medical equipments.
