摘  要:对半导体侧面泵浦Nd:YAG准连续高功率紫外激光器进行实验研究,首次采用新颖谐振腔型对基波进行非线性转换获得稳定的355nm紫外激光输出。在主谐振腔中,3列相互呈120°放置的激光二极管线阵对中心处直径3mm的Nd:YAG晶体棒进行连续泵浦,实现了1064nm基频光稳定振荡;在子腔中,使用对基频光双程倍频双程和频的方法提高转换效率,实现了高功率准连续355nm紫外激光单向稳定输出;实验使用角度调谐的Ⅰ类相位匹配LBO晶体与Ⅱ类相位匹配LBO晶体,当调制频率5.4kHz时,355nm紫外激光最高平均输出功率1.89W,脉冲宽度小于65ns,1h内输出功率抖动低于7%。The characteristics of high power quasi-continuous ultraviolet laser pumped by laser-diode were investigated, a new cavity was first used to obtain ultraviolet laser at 355 nm with intracavity frequency transition technique. In the main resonant cavity, three equispaced LD bars placed on the angle of 120° were used to pump 3 mm-diameter Nd:YAG rod which was spaced at the centre of the laser head, the fundamental frequency laser at 1 064 nm was obtained. In the additional cavity, intracavity frequency translation of fundamental frequency laser in two-way was achieved, and the 355 nm ultraviolet laser output stably in one way. During the experiment, a type Ⅰ phase matched LBO crystal and a type Ⅱ phase matched LBO crystal were used. With a 5.4 kHz repetition frequency, the stable 355 nm ultraviolet laser with maximum average output power of 1.89 W and pulse width less than 65 ns was obtained, and the power fluctuation was less than 7% in 1 h operation.
