摘　　要：医学院校附属医院与地方医院相比,设备档次较高、医疗技术水平较高是它突出的特点。比较分析两类不同医院设备成本有助子掌握技术因素对成本的影响。Meddical equipments serve clinical purposes very well when used alone or in various rational combinations and priority order; have most diversified and highly complementary functions of hardware system to flexibly choose from; raise the understanding of limitations and bias of subjective evaluation in problems of complex differential diagnosis; and as coordinative set of assist tools of health services, provide increasingly more possibilities of cost - effective as well as efficient services along with scientific and technological progresses and popularization.
