摘  要:目的:建立工作场所空气中磷酸的测定方法。方法:空气中的磷酸用微孔滤膜采集,水洗脱后,在酸性溶液中与钼酸铵结合生成磷钼酸铵,经亚硫酸钠、对苯二酚还原生成蓝色化合物,于波长700nm处比色测定磷酸含量。结果:在0.5~24.0μg/ml范围内,吸光度与磷酸浓度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.025μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.008 mg/m^3,加标回收率为99.9%~100.5%,方法精密度为1.04%~3.11%。结论:该方法准确、快速,可以用于工作场所空气中磷酸的测定。Objective: To establish a method to determine phosphoric acid in the air of workplace. Methods: Phosphoric acid in the air of workplace was sampled with micropore filter membrane and eluted with water. The phosphoric acid reacted with ammonium molybdate in acid solution and produced ammonium phosphomolybdate, which was reduced by sodium sulfite and hydroquinone to molybdenum blues. The absorbance was determined under the wavelength of 700 nm. Results:The absorbance was linear over the range of 0. 5 - 24. 0 μg/ml. The limit of detection was 0. 025 μg/ml. The average recovery was between 99. 9% and 100. 5%, and the precision of the method was 1.04% -3. 11%. Conclusion:The method has high accuracy and good precision and is suitable for the determination of phosphoric acid in the air of workplace.
