摘　　要：目的：分析万州区医疗机构消毒状况,提高消毒工作的质量。方法：2007年6～12月对全区各级医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员双手、使用中消毒剂、灭菌医疗用品等按《医院消毒卫生标准》及《消毒技术规范》进行了采样和监测。结果：检测各类医院和个体诊所样品5072份,合格4067份,总合格率80.19,其中区级、乡镇和个体诊所的合格率分别为94.86%、84.17%和75.02%,三者之间具有显著性差异（χ^2=183.68,P〈0.01）。在个体诊所的操作台面和手样品中各检出1株金黄色葡萄球菌。结论：万州区医疗机构消毒质量在个体诊所中存在着较大问题,应加强质量控制和监测。Objective：To analyze disinfection conditions of medical institutions in Wanzhou District to improve the quality of disinfection work. Methods：From June to December, 2007, sampling and monitoring all levels＇ medical institutions including indoor air, surface of object, the medical staff hands, using disinfectants and sterilization of medical items, according to ＂Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standards＂ and ＂Technical Rules of Disinfection＂ in all district. Results： Inspecting various hospitals and private clinics in 5072 samples, 4067 qualified, the qualification rate is 80. 19. The rate of district level, town level and individual clinics was respectively 94. 86%, 84. 17% and 75.02%, with a significant difference （χ^2 = 183. 68, P 〈0. 01 ）. In inspection of Individual clinics, a golden Staphylococcus was detected at the surface of operation platform and the sample of hands. Conclusion：The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Wanzhou District, there are larger issues in individual clin- ics level, we need to strengthen quality control and monitoring.
