摘　　要：对利用信息化技术为供排水企业构建先进企业信息管理平台进行了研究,并提出了供排水数字化综合信息管理系统的实施方案。通过实际应用,帮助供排水企业实现了"数字供排水"的管理创新实践。满足了自动化控制、数字化管理的需求,极大地促进了供排水管理主要环节之间的信息共享,消除了信息的不对称,实现了信息可视化、管控一体化、管理集中化的高效管理模式。The advanced enterprise information management platform built by adopting information technology for water supplying and draining enterprises is studied, and the implementing strategy of digitized integrated information management system is put forward. Through practical application, the practice of innovative management of ＂Digitized Water Supply and Drain＂ is realized for these enterprises to meet the requirements of automatic control and digitized management. It greatly promotes information sharing between major sectors of management for water supplying and draining, eliminates the asymmetry of information, and brings high efficient managing pattern composed of visual information, integration of control and management, and centralization of management .
