摘 要:磷酸铵镁沉淀法(MAP)是近年来迅速兴起的废水脱氮新型工艺。该方法的特点是可以处理各种浓度的氨氮废水,在高效脱氮的同时能充分回收氨,所得到的沉淀物MgNH4PO4可作为复合肥料。MAP法与生化法、氨吹脱法相比,可节省投资和能耗、避免氨的二次污染,将其用于高浓度氨氮废水的处理,具有很好的环境经济效益,应用前景广阔。MAP法的研究与发展方向是:一方面寻找价廉高效的沉淀药剂,降低处理成本;另一方面开拓其反应产物的用途和应用范围,提高经济效益。Magnesium-ammonium-phosphate precipitation method (MAP) is a newly-developed technique to remove ammonia nitrogen from wastewater. This method can be used for treating wastewaters with a wide range of ammonia nitrogen, and recover ammonia sufficiently. The MAP product MgNH4PO4 deposit can be used as a composite fertilizer. Compared with biochemical and blowing methods for removal of ammonia nitrogen from wastewater, the MAP method can save investment and energy, and avoid secondary pollution of ammonia. It has obvious environmental and economic benefits, especially in treating wastewater with high content of ammonia nitrogen. The research and development direction of MAP method will be in search of highly effective precipitation chemicals, lowering the cost of treatment. On the other hand, it is necessary to exploit the applications of the MAP products and increase its economic benefit.
