摘　　要：佛山市图书馆在资源建设、读者服务和内部管理、信息服务和文化活动等各个工作环节中有效利用政府部门、非营利组织、营利组织、非正式组织和个人提供的有形及无形社会资源,提升自身服务能力。佛山市图书馆利用社会资源步骤包括树立品牌,吸引社会资源;主动出击,寻找社会资源;顺利运作,用好社会资源;加强沟通,巩固社会资源。Foshan Library effectively utilizes the tangible and intangible social resources provided by government departments, non-profit organizations, profit organizations, informal organizations and individuals in the work links of resources construction, the reader services and internal management, information services and cultural activities, which upgrades their capacity of service. Steps of Foshan Library using social resources include establishing the brand to attract social resources; proactively finding social resources; smoothly operating to make good use of social resources; strengthening communication and consolidating social resources.
