摘　　要：2004年6月,佛山市图书馆制定了《佛山市联合图书馆实施方案》。佛山市联合图书馆在建设中遇到体制、业务管理系统、服务模式等主要问题,但通过建立佛山市联合图书馆的体系结构、建立健全规章制度、创新图书馆系统平台、创新图书馆服务模式等使这些问题得到了解决。经过几年的发展,佛山市联合图书馆作为一种地区图书馆联合模式已初见成效。Foshan Library formulated the ＂Foshan United Library Implementation Plan＂ in June, 2004. Foshan United Library encountered problems on the system, the business management system, the service mode, and other major issues. But the problems have been resolved through the establishment of system structure and institution, the innovation of the library system platform and service mode of Foshan United Library. After several years of development, Foshan United Library as a regional library united model has achieved initial success.
