摘  要:随着外文期刊价格的不断提升,高校图书馆面临着外文期刊采访的困境,采用何种科学有效的方法采购外文期刊,是当今高校图书馆采访人员亟需解决的问题。为更科学、合理地进行统计学外文期刊采访,采用影响因子与H指数及G指数相结合的期刊采访策略,对于评定某一领域期刊、改进期刊采访策略有一定的参考价值。The university library face the plight of acquiring foreign language journals due to the increasing price of foreign language journals. Adopting which scientific and effective method to purchase foreign language journals is a matter of urgency to be resolved by the university library staff. In order to acquire foreign language journals of statistics more scientifically and rationally, the strategy of combining impacting factors with H-index and G-index to acquire foreign language journals is adopted, which is regarded as a reference to assess journals in the some field and to improve joumals acquiring methods.
