中文连续出版物创建新记录的情况分析

摘　　要：从图书发行渠道发行,并有ISBN号的介于书与刊之间的连续出版物在其长期出版过程中,题名、编辑者、出版者、卷期以及载体形态等都会发生变化,而这种变化会给连续出版物著录带来一系列问题。依据中文连续出版物创建新记录的基本原则,对需要创建新记录及不需要创建新记录的各种情况加以分析并用实例说明,可以使著录更为标准化、规范化,方便读者使用,而且能避免记录冗余,节省计算机存贮空间。The serials in this paper refers to the publications which are between books and periodicals, issued via the distribution channel, possessing ISBN. During long-term publishing process of serials, the title, editors, publishers, volume number, as well as patterns of carriers will change, which will bring about a series of problems. Based on the basic principles on which to create new records of Chinese serials, the author analyses all kinds of situations on making a new record and explains with some examples in order to make book description more standardized and normalized to facilitate the use of readers, avoid redundant records and save computer memory space .
