摘　　要：套录是我国西文编目的主要方式。在编目过程中,编目人员若能讲究技巧,熟悉MARC格式,仔细留意西文编目中容易出现的错漏,牢记重要的标识符和代码及掌握一些巧干方法,发现问题及时修改,必能提高编目质量和效率。The inherent cataloguing is the main way of the westem languages cataloguing in China. In the course of cataloguing, if the cataloguers are particular about the techniques and familiar with the MARC format, and pay attention to every detail, so that the mistakes can be found and corrected in time, and the quality and efficiency of the cataloguing will be certainly improved. Therefore, according to many years of work experience, the author sorts out and lists some common errors usually made in the westem languages cataloguing, something that must be kept in mind and some techniques needed.
