民主管理范畴中的馆务公开探讨

摘　　要：馆务公开是图书馆民主管理的基础环节,是民主管理、民主监督的必然要求。馆务公开的内容涉及图书馆建设、发展,读者服务,党建、人事、组织,经济活动和财务工作等多方面。馆务公开应突出重点,抓住馆员的关注点,及时、规范地公开那些馆员"欲知"的信息。根据馆务公开关注度的调查情况,在实践基础上总结了"经费年审"这一有效方式。Openness of the library affairs is the basic link of the democratic management of the library. It is also the inevitable requirement of the democratic management and democratic supervision. The content of affairs-openness of the library includes library building, library development, services for the readers, party building, human affairs, organizations building, economic activities, financial affairs and so on. Affairsopenness of the library should give prominence to the main points, focus on the issues concentrated by the librarians and timely and regularly publicize those information that librarians want to understand, The author analyses and probes ＂the degree of concern on affairs-openness of the library＂ by the questionnaire, also summarizes an effective method that is called ＂checkup on the funds yearly＂ on the base of practice.
