摘　　要：以某汽车轮毂生产企业为例,总结了该企业生产管理中存在的一些问题,并提出了一种适合该企业的分布式管理模式。以企业网络为基础,应用分布式管理和工序质量管理等先进管理手段,使得该企业存在的生产管理问题得到明显改善,企业经济效益显著提高。Taking an automobile wheel hub production enterprise as the example, the paper summa rized some questions existing in the enterprise production management, and proposed a kind of distributed management system for this enterprise. Based on the network, several advanced methods such as distributed management system and process quality management and so on are applied to the enterprise. The problems are solved greatly and the enterprise economic benefits are significantly improved.
