摘 要:目的:为了研究脊椎动物心壁结构及血液供应方式的演变,探讨心肌血管重建术的机理。方法:采用墨汁灌注及组织切片染色法,对鱼、蛙、蛇、鼠心心肌的组织结构和心腔与心室壁的交通状况进行了观察。结果:除蛙心壁全层均为海绵状心肌结构外,心壁均分为内、外两层。外层一般为致密心肌组织,由冠状动脉供血。内层为海绵状心肌结构,由心腔直接供血。随脊椎动物的进化,心壁由海绵状结构逐渐演化为较致密的心肌组织,冠状血管不断发育,其供血范围逐渐增加,而心腔与心壁交通血管逐渐减少。结论:当冠状动脉阻塞时,可以模仿低等脊椎动物心肌的供血方式,在心壁重建与心腔相通的管道。Objective: The study of blood supply of the vertebrate′s hearts was designed to evaluate the effects of the myocardial revascularization. Methods: The structure of myocardium and the co mmunication between the ventricular cavity and the myocardium were observed on fish,frog,snake and mouse by ink perfusion and tissue section strain. Results:All animal′s heart wall could be divided into two layers except frogs′.The compact outer layer of myocardium was supplied by coronary vessels, and the sponge inner layer was supplied by the blood in ventricular cavity.With the development of the vertebrate hearts, sponge structure of ventricular wall changed to compact,and coronary vessels increased. Conclusions:When coronary vessels blocked,myocardium could by revascularized be the creation of numerous channels,which convey blood directly from the ventricular cavity.
