新型敷料在犬咬伤严重暴露创面伤口床准备的对比研究

摘　　要：目的评价银离子敷料联合水凝胶治疗犬咬伤Ⅲ创面的临床疗效。方法将40例犬咬伤Ⅲ创面患者,随机分为银离子敷料+水凝胶治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组)。A组用银离子敷料+水凝胶治疗,B组采用盐水纱条治疗。结果两组相比,A组的创面范围差值及创面愈合百分率在治疗后的第10天、第17天均明显好于B组(P<0.001);A组犬咬伤创面的平均痊愈时间(18.2±0.9)d明显短于B组(22.2±0.6)d(P<0.05)。结论银离子敷料联合水凝胶能控制犬咬伤创面感染,促进创面肉芽组织和上皮再生,对治疗犬咬伤创面的临床疗效较好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of silver ion dressing＋hydrogel in the treatment of dog bite Ⅲwounds.Methods 40 cases of this disease were divided into two groups randomly.A group（treatment group）was treated with silver ion dressing＋hydrogel,and B group（control group）was treated with normal saline gauze.Results The difference of wound scope and the percentage of henosis in A group were significantly increased than those in the B group,especially 10,17day after the treatment with the new type dressing.Furthermore,the average wound healing time of（18.2±0.9）days in A group was shorter than（22.2±0.6）days in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Silver ion dressing＋hydrogel could control wound infection,promote wound granulation and epithelium regeneration and lessen inflammatory reaction,which is efficacious in treatment group of dog bite wounds.
