摘 要:针对天然气均质压燃过程中存在起动困难和燃烧敲缸的问题,设计开发了天然气分层充气热面点火燃烧系统。试验研究表明,采用低压供气方式有利于燃烧系统实现着火起动。适当减小通道直径、增加高压供气比例及减小高压供气定时有利于促进缸内混合气的浓度分层,实现主副燃烧室的两级燃烧,有效抑制了燃烧敲缸。镶块通道直径8mm、1200r/min时可达到相同转速下原机功率的83%,1400r/min时可达到相同转速下原机功率的73%,同时NOx排放较直喷压燃式天然气机有所降低。Aimed at the difficulty of starting up and knocking on the homogeneous charge compression ignition natural gas engine, a hot surface assisted ignition system with stratified charge was developed and it's operating characteristics was investigated. Results from experiments showed that engine starting up is easy with natural gas low pressure supply method. It is advantageous for the mixture concentration stratification forming with decreasing passage size, increasing high pressure injection ratio and decreasing advanced angle of high pressure injection. At a result, the interval angle of ignition between main and auxiliary chamber was increased, the pressure raising ratio and the heat release ratio around the top dead center were retarded obviously, so knocking was restrained. With passage diameter between the main and auxiliary chamber at 8 ram, the maximum power is 83 % of the original engine at 1 200 r/min and 73% of the original engine at 1 400 r/min respectively, Meanwhile NOx emission has been reduced compared to the direct injection natural gas engine.
