摘 要:通过研究汽车行驶时轮胎载荷的变化以及轮胎载荷、气压、温度之间的关系,建立了三者关系的数学模型,利用该模型并通过轮胎气压、温度值以及汽车行驶状况可确定轮胎载荷是否超出允许范围。根据该原理设计了一套轮胎状态及车辆载重检测一体化系统。该系统通过内置在轮胎内的传感器实时检测汽车轮胎内的温度和压力。通过试验验证了数学模型的正确性和该系统的实用性。According to the study on tire load variation when vehicle was running and the relationship of tire load, pressure and temperature, a mathematics model was presented based on the tire load, pressure and temperature. The model could decide whether the tire loads exceed allowable range by means of tire pressure and temperature. By adopting the theory, a tire condition and vehicle load testing system was designed. The system could test vehicle tire temperature and pressure through sensors in the tires. The system decided whether the vehicle was in danger condition and gave suggestions. If the vehicle run exceeding allowable load long time, the system would transfer correlative information to traffic control office through wireless communication networks, thus overload could be avoided. According to the test, the theory was proved to be correct and the system is useful.
