摘  要:为提高往复泵设计水平,提出了分别基于曲轴最危险截面与有限元分析的2种疲劳可靠性设计方法。在VC++ 6.0平台上利用多种高级编程技术,开发出面向对象的往复泵曲轴疲劳可靠性设计软件。软件能以2种方法6种途径完成往复泵曲轴的疲劳可靠性设计。实际应用表明,该软件界面友好,操作简单,运行稳定,计算精度高。In order to improve the design of reciprocating pump, two design methods on fatigue reliability, which are based on the most hazardous cross-section and finite element analysis respectively, were put forward. A practical object-oriented application software about fatigue reliability analysis on pump crankshaft was developed by several senior programming technologies via VC + + 6.0. By this software, the fatigue reliability analysis can be fulfilled by two approaches and six methods. Calculating example and practical applications indicated that this software have a lot of merits such as friendly interfaces, simply and reliable operation, high precision and good application prospect.
