摘 要:基于摩擦润滑理论,分别建立了胀圈旋转密封处于流体润滑和边界润滑2种状态下的受力模型。对胀圈受力情况与结构尺寸之间的关系进行了深入分析,对胀圈与轴槽端面之间的润滑状态进行了讨论。推导了胀圈在边界润滑状态下摩擦转矩的计算式,并通过专门设计的高速旋转密封试验台进行了试验验证,试验结果证明了计算公式的正确性。Based on the theory of friction and lubrication, the models of the rotary seal under the condition of fluid lubrication and boundary lubrication were established respectively. Relations between force characteristic and structural parameters of the sealing ring were analyzed. Lubrication state between the sealing ring and the surface of the shaft groove was also discussed. The expression of calculating friction torque under the condition of boundary lubrication was deduced. Experiments have been done on the rotary seal test bench designed specially. Testing results validated the calculation formula.
