摘  要:随着孤东油田的深度开发,采油区块注聚力度加大,原油采出液中可见聚合物,污水检测含量达70mg/L;采出液油水乳化程度大,呈多重乳液状。在破乳脱水处理中,油水界面模糊,存在较厚的中间层,难以消除;同时分出水含油较多,原油含水波动大,生产不稳定。针对孤东采油厂研制了由75%-90%改性酚醛树脂嵌段聚醚及10%-25%多嵌段聚醚复配组成的、干剂含量在50%-55%的水溶性破乳剂BSA-701。该样品在55℃、100mg/L时,对东一联含水45%的井排原油脱水率达98%;在76℃、100mg/L时,对东一联含水18%的混合原油脱水率达97%,脱出水质清,油水界面齐,脱水性能优于所有对比药剂。BSA-701破乳剂投入现场应用后,外输原油含水由1.31%降低到0.29%。Mter polymer flood projects performed in Gudong Oil Field, produced fluid includes some polymer. It led to serious difficulties in oil - water separation . A water base demulsifier BSA - 701 containing 50% - 55% active substances ,which composed of 75% -90% phenolic resine initiated block -polyether, chain extended , and 10% -25% block -polyether, is prepared specially for use in dehydrating the crude oils from Gathering Center No. 1 in Gudong Oil Field. At 55%, and dosage of 100mg/L,a dehydration rate as high as 98% is observed for a crude oil of 45% water cut taken from well -drain of Gathering Center No. 1 in Gudong Oil Field; At 76% ,and dosage of 100mg/L,a dehydration rate as high as 97% is observed for a mixture crude oil of 18% water cut taken from Gathering Center No. 1 in Gudong Oil Field by using BSA -701 with clear water separated and even oil/water interfaces appeared and the dehydrating ability of BSA -701 is higher than all the chemicals used as comparing. With BSA - 7 0 1 put into field use , the water cut of the cleaned - oil is decreased from 1 . 3 1% to 0.29%.
