精苯生产中降低氢氧化钠碱液消耗的实践及效果

摘  要:主要介绍了浓硫酸洗涤轻苯深加工工艺生产中,通过不断优化生产工艺与操作指标,中和碱(氢氧化钠溶液)浓度由12%-18%提高到30%-34%,中和反应时间由12min提高到60min,再生酸浓度由45%-55%降低到25%-35%,废碱液二次利用等技术措施,吨轻苯碱液(100%氢氧化钠计算)由4.95kg降低到3.2kg,创造了良好的效益,同时保护了环境。The article mainly introduces that washing light benzol with in light benzol deep processing, optimizing produce craft and operation indexsign, counteracting alkali (sodium hydroxide liquor )density raised from 12% - 18% to 30% - 34% , counteracting time of reaction raised from 12 minutes to 60 minutes, the reborn acid density reduced from 45% -55% to 25% -35%, discard alkali liquid was used again, the wastage of lye of per ton light benzol was able to reduce from 4.95kg to 3.2kg. The approach has obtained not only economical benefit, but also environmental benefit.
