摘　　要：利用成年大鼠舌腹膜表皮细胞 (RTE cell)体外培养 ,以及 MTT快速比色分析法建立了表皮细胞抑素的体外测活模型 ,不仅为抑素的分离纯化及性质研究打好基础 ,也可广泛用于研究其它各种物质对表皮细胞生长的影响。本文探讨了 RTE细胞原代培养及传代培养的方法和条件 ,以 MTT法替代传统的 3 H掺入法 ,建立了一个方便、快捷、直观的表皮细胞测活体系 ,并初步测定了抑素对表皮细胞生长的影响。In this paper, a modified method was successfully used for primary culture and subculture of rat tongue epidermal cells from adult animals. This method, combined with MTT spectrophotometry to estimate the activity of chalone, provides a good model not only for the purification and studies of the characterization of epidermal chalone, but also suitable for studies on any other compounds which may influence the growth of epidermal cells.
