摘　　要：目的:建立 HPLC 法同时鉴别贞芪扶正颗粒中的女贞子和黄芪药材,提高贞芪扶正颗粒质量标准。方法:采用 C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以水-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长275 nm,柱温30℃。结果:样品中有女贞子药材的3个特征峰,其中一个峰为红景天苷;有黄芪药材的2个特征峰,其中一个峰为毛蕊异黄酮顷。结论:本法操作简单、专属性好、耐用性强,适用于贞芪扶正颗粒中女贞子、黄芪药材的同时鉴别。Objective： To establish a method to identify Radix Astragali and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in Zhenqi Fuzheng granules. Method：C18 column （200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with water -acetonitrile gradient elution, at column temperature of 30 ℃ , flow - rate of 1. 0 mL· min^-1 and detection wavelength at 275 nm. Results： There were three peaks characteristic of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in the sample,one of them was salidroside;There was two peaks characteristic of Radix Astragali in the sample, one of them was calycosin. Conclusion ：The method is simple and specific for identification of Radix Astragali and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in Zhenqi Fuzheng granules with good reproducibility.
