山茱萸与山荆子的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对山茱萸及其伪品山荆子进行生药学比较研究。方法:性状采用直接观测法,组织结构采用徒手切片法。结果:通过研究发现山茱萸与山荆子的性状、组织结构均存在一定的差异。结论:通过比较山茱萸与山荆子的性状特征及组织结构,可以进行山茱萸药材的鉴定。Objective ： To identify the sarcocarps of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. （Shanzhuyu） and Malus bacata （L.） Borth. （Shanjingzi）. Method：The direct comparison method was adopted for morphology;the section - cutting with a razor blade was adopted for tissue construction. Results：There are some difference in the original plant morphology and internal organization structures. Conclusion：Shanzhuyu and Shanjingzi can be identified by comparing their morphology and histological structure.
