摘　　要：目的:建立 HPLC 法拆分头孢氨苄对映体。方法:选用 ODS Hypersil 柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,4.5 μm),以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)作为手性流动相添加剂,乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相,pH 为8. 50,流速为0.6 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测波长623.8nm。考察了流动相种类、pH 和手性流动相添加剂浓度等因素对手性拆分的影响。结果:建立了羟丙基-β-环糊精手性流动相添加剂法拆分头孢氨苄对映体的方法。结论:此方法简便、快速,分离度好。Objective ：To establish a method for the separation of cefalexin enantiomers by ODS, hypersil column （4.6 mm×200 mm, 4.5 μm） hydroxypropyl -β - cyclodextrin （ HP chiral mobile phase additive,with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water（25： 75） HPLC. Method： Using ,8- CD） was used as flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^-1, detection wavelength at 623.8 nm. Result： HP -β - CD chiral mobile resolution of cefalexin enantiomers was established. Conclusion：The proposed method is accurate, rapid with high resolutions
