摘  要:目的:建立 HPLC 法测定燕子掌全草中3-甲基-2-丁烯基异胍的含量。方法:色谱柱为 Hypersil NH_2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(40:60),检测波长为220 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),进样量5 μL,柱温27℃。结果:3-甲基-2-丁烯基异胍进样量在0.042~0 380 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率为98.9%~102.7%.RSD 为1.7%~2.2%(n=3)。结论:该法可靠性高,准确性和重复性好,适用于3-甲基2-丁烯基异胍的含量测定。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of 3 -methyl -2 -butenyl/so -guanidine in Crassula argentea. Methods: The analytical column was a Hypersil - NH2 (4.6 mm× 250mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid solution (40: 60) ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The injection volume was 5 μL. The detector wavelength was set at 220 nm. The column temperature was 27 ℃. Results :3 - Methyl - 2 - butenyl/so - guanidine curve was linear over the range of 0. 042 - 0. 380 p,g ( r = 0. 9998 ). The average recovery of the method was 98.9% - 102.7%, RSD was 1.7% - 2. 2% ( n = 3). Conclusion :The proposed method would be used in the quantitative analysis of 3 -methyl -2 -butenyl iso -guanidine and the method is convenient, economical and accurate with good reproducibility
