摘　　要：介绍欧盟新标准CEN/TS14751:2004《焊缝超声TOFD法检测》的有关新要求。该欧标规定了A、B、C、D四种检测等级,不同壁厚(6mm～300mm)对接焊缝的TOFD设置,时间窗和灵敏度的调节方法,切槽试块和横孔试块的形状尺寸,焊缝分区扫查、中心扫查和偏心扫查的要领;列出了18张TOFD自身质量和典型缺陷的识别图谱。特别推出了克服TOFD固有局限性的一些新方法。期望对国内正在积极推广应用的TOFD技术提供新借鉴。The new requirements of the latest European standard CEN/TS 14751：2004 Use of Time-of- Flight Diffraction Technique（TOFD）for Examination of Welds were introduced. There are a lot of new provisions such as four examination levels （A,B,C and D）, recommended TOFD set-ups for butt-welds dependent on wall-thickness, time window and sensitivity settings, the details of notch type and side- drilled type of reference blocks, the essentials of divisional scan, centric scan and eccentric scan etc. Also, 18 examples of typical TOFD-images of displaying quality and weld discontinuities, especially some new measures overcoming the inherent disadvantages of TOFD technique were given. The intention was to pro- vide a new reference for spreading and applying the new technology in China.
