区域物流园区规模与效率关系研究

摘　　要：从宏观经济运行角度,运用系统动力学方法建立了物流园区建设规模和国民经济运行的反馈模型,进行了三个方案的模拟,并以南京市为例进行验证,以求在区域层面上探寻物流园区建设规模和国民经济发展的关系,探索物流园区发展战略研究的新思路。This paper proposes three projections to simulate the operational mechanism and mode of logistics park system from the point of view of macro - economy. Finally, it explores with the experience of Nanjing the relationship between the construction of logistics park and the development of macro - economy so as to find a optimum way of alleviating the logistic choke and improving the operational efficiency.
