摘　　要：城市更新是当前城市研究中的热门话题。从公众参与城市更新的背景出发,提出利益相关者参与更适用于城市更新,在此基础上研究了城市更新中参与的三种不同路径,并对三种路径进行了比较分析。认为交互式参与是城市更新利益相关者参与最合适的路径。然后,分析了不同的利益相关者在城市更新中的功能。继而对城市更新现行的公众参与模式进行研究,分析其存在的问题,最后构建了城市更新利益相关者交互式参与模式。Nowadays, urban renewal is a hot topic in urban studies. Based on the background of public participation in urban renewal, stakeholder participation is proposed as the suitable mode for urban renewal. Accordingly, three different paths of participation in urban renewal are studied. After com- parative analysis among them, it brings forward that interactive participation is the most suitable path for stakeholder participa- tion in urban renewal. Then the different functions of different types of stakeholder participation are discussed. Furthermore, the problems of current mode of public participation are found out. Finally, the framework of interactive participation mode of stakeholders in urban renewal is constructed.
